Currently, Gimsly exclusively accepts PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit cards.

Does Gimsly store my credit card or bank details?
No. Gimsly does not store or have access to your full payment details; all sensitive information is handled directly by PayPal.

Returns & Refund Policy
Under what conditions can I return an item?
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Gimsly does not support returns for change of mind or personal preference.
What is the timeframe and process for initiating a return?
You must submit a request within 30 days of delivery by providing your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the issue; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label at no extra cost.
What are my options once a return is processed?
After the item is inspected, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement (subject to availability).
Which items are strictly non-returnable?
Items are ineligible for return if the request is made after 30 days, if the damage was caused by customer misuse/improper assembly, or if the product was not purchased directly from Gimsly.

What are the shipping costs and coverage areas?
Gimsly offers free shipping on orders of $200 or more (otherwise a $9.99 flat fee) for deliveries within the continental United States and P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 8 – 12 business days, which includes 3 – 5 business days for handling and 5 – 7 business days for transit via DHL Express.
How can I track my package once it is sent?
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a real-time link, though information may take up to 24 hours to update.
What happens if I provide an incorrect address or receive a damaged item?
Customers are responsible for reshipping fees if an address is incorrect; however, if an item arrives damaged, you should contact support immediately with photos and your order number for a resolution.
