PRODUCT INFORMATION & IMPORTANT NOTES

Our products include furniture items designed for use in living rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen & dining spaces.

Please note the following before placing an order:

  • Product dimensions, materials, and color tones are listed on each product page. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing processes.
  • Some furniture items may require basic assembly. Assembly instructions, if applicable, will be included with the product.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items can fit through doorways, staircases, and elevators prior to purchase.

SHIPPING COST

We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more.

For orders below $200, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes are available.
We do not ship to U.S. islands or non-continental territories.

SHIPPING CARRIER & ORDER TRACKING

All orders are shipped via DHL Express.

After placing your order:

You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully processed.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Estimated delivery time is calculated as handling time plus transit time. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

CUT-OFF TIME & BUSINESS DAYS

The daily cut-off time is 3:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, including but not limited to New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to address issues will require a reshipping fee, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible. To assist with the resolution, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging
  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
