RETURNS
We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Returns based on change of mind or personal preference are not supported.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Proof of purchase
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers will not be charged any additional return shipping fees.
After the return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following options:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement item, subject to availability
PRODUCT INFORMATION & IMPORTANT NOTES
Our products include furniture for living rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen & dining spaces. Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes and are not considered defects.
RETURN ADDRESS
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved. Please do not send items back without authorization.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The refund processing time for all approved returns is up to 10 days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
We do not support exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or customers’ remorse.
If your item is defective or damaged, it will be handled under our Returns process.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders submitted for return after 30 days
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear
- Items not purchased directly from Gimsly
